Leaders of Tomorrow Summit - One of LMF’s best Market gatherings ever!

Over 70 young professionals gathered this week for the annual LMF - London Market Forums Leaders of Tomorrow conference. Our key themes for 2024 were inclusion and diversity, data and innovation and essentials for personal growth.

From our earliest days, LMF has made the development of young professionals one of its key missions, alongside the dozens of groups and gatherings it facilitates annually for brokers and underwriters of all levels, all on a free to access basis.

As we celebrate our 10th birthday this year, it was fitting to assemble a stellar cast of Market contributors, including our keynote speaker Sara Gomez, Chief People Officer at Lloyd’s. We send our sincere thanks to our speakers and panellists David Flint, Erik Johnson, Heather Connery Leggett, Simon Aspen-Taylor, Antonia Roberts, Amanda Scott, Carolyn Shreeves and Kieran Quigley.
