The Leaders of Tomorrow Lunchtime Series is back!

“An MBA in a lunchtime - well sort of"

For the return of our popular community Lunchtime Sessions for those in the first 15 years of their career, we’ve arranged a great opening session.

We’ll hear from London Market professional, Matt Rumble, who’s not only spent his entire career working for a range of brokers and carriers, but he’s also the author of the respected book, “MBA the easy way”.

Over the course of 90 minutes, Matt will share with us some of the key aspects of his book, leaving attendees with some amazing insights on leadership, people, processes and marketing, along with debt, profitability and more. You'll leave with greater knowledge on the four key business environments needed for a successful organisations .

As with all LMF events, there’ll be opportunity to ask Matt questions directly during the session and other periods of interactivity. A sandwich lunch will be served just before the session begins. All LMF Market community gatherings are FREE for insurance practitioners. Space is limited, so do reserve your place now and be part of this exciting Market group, where you’ll meet your peers and make new connections. We are very grateful to Allied World for supporting the Leaders of Tomorrow Programme.

Places are strictly limited to those working for a (re)insurer, broker, Lloyd's or a London Market Trade Association. Sadly we cannot accommodate vendors or consultants.

What is the "Leaders of Tomorrow Programme"?

The Leaders of Tomorrow programme was designed for those in the first 15 years of their career. It brings young professionals together to learn, network and collaborate, and is steered by an Advisory Group of young insurance professionals working for a number of Market companies. LMF, as a community group in EC3, has always been committed to developing young people - and now, in this post Covid period, there's an even greater need to bring young professionals together, to learn and build solid networks for the future.

LMF - Putting insurance professionals at the heart of the EC3 insurance discussion for over a decade.
