For the return of our popular community Lunchtime Sessions for those in the first 15 years of their career, we’ve arranged a great opening session.

We’ll hear from London Market professional, Matt Rumble, who’s not only spent his entire career working for a range of brokers and carriers, but he’s also the author of the respected book, “MBA the easy way”.

Over the course of 90 minutes, Matt will share with us some of the key aspects of his book, leaving attendees with some amazing insights on leadership, people, processes and marketing, along with debt, profitability and more. You'll leave with greater knowledge on the four key business environments needed for a successful organisations .

As with all LMF events, there’ll be opportunity to ask Matt questions directly during the session and other periods of interactivity. A sandwich lunch will be served just before the session begins.
